"I just got one of these and it worked great for about a week. Then the touch screen and remote that came with it started responding oddly like slow response and as if someone had held certain buttons down repeatedly. It affected my media center so much, that I had to disconnect the USB connection for the touchscreen/remote control sensor. Suspected it was a software issue with Vista so completely formatted and reinstalled operating system but no change. Customer support from Thermaltake is non-existant, even Tigerdirect had trouble dealing with them directly. Hindsight, I wouldn't bother with touch screen. Nice, but even after a few days I stopped playing with it and used remote only."

"I can't say I own one of these but I have seen them in action and I'm very impressed with the case. The 7'' touchscreen is amazing, with the pre bundled software (no note of it in the description, may have to download it) It makes accessing all of your media very easily. You can use either a compatible remote of the touchscreen itself. Later on down the road when I need a home theatre this definitely will be the product I go with."
